Tortilla Corn Casserole

1 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 (16 oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1/2 onion
Chili powder
1 clove garlic
Cilantro
1/2 c. med. salsa
Black pepper
Tortilla chips

Brown hamburger and drain grease. Add chopped onion and garlic, brown. Add tomato sauce and salsa, until warm. Put meat into a casserole dish, mix in beans, corn and whole tomatoes. Mix in spices to taste. Cook until dish is hot (20 minutes at 350 degrees). Cover with cheese and chips. Put back into the oven until cheese is melted. Serves 4.
