Nacho Corn Casserole
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can chili beans, optional
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can tomato soup
2 tsp. chili powder
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Black olives, halved
Corn chips
Brown ground beef and onion. Drain off fat; stir in beans, corn,
soup and chili powder. Turn into 12 x 7 x 2 inch baking dish and
bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, covered. Place corn chips on top
of olive halves. Sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven for 5 minutes,
uncovered, to melt cheese. Serve with sour cream.
