Honey Mustard Corn on the Cob
HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. margarine
2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley or 1/2
tsp. dried parsley flakes
CORN
1 pkg. (6 ears) frozen corn on the cob
In small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients; blend well. In medium
saucepan, cook corn as directed on package. To serve, brush 1/2 to 1
teaspoon of sauce on each ear of cooked corn. Serves 6.
