Curried Shrimp and Peas
5 tbsp. butter
5 tbsp. flour
1-1/2 c. milk
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
3 tbsp. lemon juice
10 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 c. cooked shrimp
1 c. English peas
Cook in top of double boiler until thick. Good to serve as a main
luncheon dish in casserole or on toast.
