Corn Salad #2
2 cans whole kernel corn
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1/2 sm. jar pimento, chopped
Salt & garlic salt to taste
Drain corn. Add salt and garlic salt. Let stand overnight in above
mixture. Like marinated beans this should be drained somewhat before
serving.
