Corn and Cheese Casserole
2 tbsp. shortening to grease dish
3 lg. eggs
1 (8 1/2 oz.) cream corn
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
1 (8 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
1 stick margarine, melted
1/2 c. yellow corn meal
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
4 oz. can diced green chili peppers
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Heat oven to 350 degrees and grease long Pyrex dish. Beat eggs, then
add all ingredients and stir until well blended. Pour into dish and
bake on center rack of oven for 1 hour or until firm in center. Let
set 10 minutes before cutting. .
