Apricot Nut Bread

Apricot Nut Bread

2-1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 lg. eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. apricot nectar
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. diced, dried apricots, soaked in
1 tbsp. water
1 c. nuts, chopped

Mix dry ingredients in large mixer bowl. Mix eggs, buttermilk, nectar, and melted butter. Add to dry ingredients and mix. Add apricots and nuts. Grease a bread pan and bake at 350 degrees 60 to 70 minutes.
