Apple Cinnamon Bread

Apple Cinnamon Bread

1-1/4 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 c. all purpose white flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. margarine
1 c. buttermilk

Stir dry ingredients together until well mixed. Combine margarine with buttermilk add to flour mixture. Mix well. Turn batter onto a floured board and knead until dough is smooth. Shape into a flat round loaf on a non stick baking tin which has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 425 degrees (preheated) for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool on rack 15 minutes before slicing.
